Shipping takes from 7 to 15 days if your order was shipped on october 9th it will probably arrive this week. It seems the website is not working at the moment

The price doesn’t include taxes, those are charged in your country. When you buy in amazon do you have to pay taxes? I imagine the situation would be similar.
