Shipping Times to the US

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_empty_space height=”4em”][vc_column_text]One of the most common questions I get is “how long does it take for it to arrive?”,  sadly I don’t have an exact answer to that.

I’ve always given the estimate that items take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive after we have put them in the mail, because that’s what the employees at the post office tell me when I ask them; but I decided to actually check this.

I randomly selected 30 items that were shipped during september 2015 and checked the tracking information of each order to see exactly how long it took for each item to arrive.

Here you can see the table chart with the information.

Shipping time varies from 7 to 15 days, on some cases a bit more.

Also it seems California gets the parcels faster consistently, all of them have 7-9 days of shipping time.

However it is possible to tell if the parcel has arrived in the Unitede States,  if you enter your tracking number on usps.com you gen get this message:[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”8206″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]

If you get that message it means that the parcel hasn’t arrived yet to the United States.

If you get that message it means that the system recognizes the parcel coming from Guatemala, which means the parcel has arrived in the United States, after that it’s just a matter of the postal service delivering it to you, which can take 3 to 5 days.
